Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Talendyx platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform. Talendyx reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Nature of the Platform

Talendyx provides confidential expert access and coordinates controlled introductions between organizations and selected independent professionals for advisory, interim and specialist assignments.

Talendyx is not a job board, staffing agency, employment agency, broker, financial advisor or investment advisor. Talendyx does not publish public vacancies, employ or assign professionals to clients, or guarantee any placement, introduction or engagement.

Any introduction is subject to the apparent relevance of the brief, professional availability, mutual interest and consent. The parties remain responsible for their own assessment and for agreeing any subsequent engagement directly and independently.

3. Eligibility

The public Talendyx website may be viewed generally. Participation in the professional network and access to any private workspace are subject to review, invitation or approval by Talendyx.

Submitting a brief or professional application does not guarantee acceptance, an introduction or an engagement.

4. User Obligations

All users of the Talendyx platform agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date professional information
• Maintain the confidentiality of introductions and network information
• Not misrepresent professional qualifications, experience, or affiliations
• Not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent Talendyx in any introduction or engagement
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit platform content without consent

5. Fees and Compensation

Talendyx may charge fees for brief review, confidential expert access, introduction coordination or separately agreed advisory support. Any applicable scope and fee structure will be agreed separately in writing before paid services begin.

Payment of a fee does not guarantee the availability of a suitable professional, an introduction or any resulting engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Talendyx platform, including branding, text, design, methodology, and network data, remains the exclusive property of Talendyx. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Talendyx provides a confidential introduction coordination service and does not make engagement decisions on behalf of either party. We are not responsible for:

• The outcome of any professional engagement or independent decision
• The accuracy of information provided by platform members
• Any commercial, financial, or reputational losses arising from introductions
• Decisions made by either party following a Talendyx introduction

8. Termination

Talendyx reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms of Use or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
