Confidentiality Policy
1. Overview
Talendyx uses a controlled, permission-based process for handling professional and organizational information. This policy describes the confidentiality standards applied to company briefs, client-safe profiles and introductions coordinated through Talendyx.
2. Confidential Information
For the purposes of this policy, Confidential Information includes but is not limited to:
- The identity, professional background, and career intentions of network members
- The existence, nature, and outcome of any introduction facilitated by Talendyx
- Information shared between parties during or following an introduction
- Organizational requirements, assignment briefs, and strategic priorities of client organizations
- Fee structures, commercial terms, and engagement details
- Network membership lists and member profiles
3. Obligations of Members and Clients
Individuals and organizations that receive confidential information through Talendyx are expected, and where separately agreed are contractually required, to:
- Treat all information received through Talendyx as strictly confidential
- Not disclose the identity or professional information of any introduced party to any third party without prior written consent
- Not use confidential information for any purpose other than evaluating the specific introduction or opportunity presented
- Where a separate written agreement applies, not circumvent Talendyx by engaging directly with an introduced party outside the agreed framework without prior written consent
- Immediately notify Talendyx of any actual or suspected breach of confidentiality
4. Talendyx Confidentiality Commitment
Talendyx aims to:
- Use client-safe profiles that omit direct identifiers during initial review where appropriate
- Share identifying details or direct contact information only through a controlled introduction process, subject to mutual interest, permission and applicable law
- Avoid publishing professional profiles on public job boards or open databases
- Limit professional information to selected organizational clients reviewing a defined brief
- Use appropriate technology and service providers as described in the Privacy & GDPR Policy
- Maintain appropriate technical and organizational safeguards
5. Consequences of Breach
Any breach of this Confidentiality Policy by a member or client may result in:
- Immediate suspension or permanent termination of platform access
- Legal action to recover damages arising from the breach
- Notification of relevant parties where legally required
Talendyx reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in the event of a material confidentiality breach.
6. Duration
Confidentiality obligations apply for as long as the relevant information remains confidential or for the period specified in an applicable written agreement or required by law.
7. Governing Law
This Confidentiality Policy is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
