Talendyx provides confidential expert access and coordinates controlled introductions between organizations and selected independent professionals for advisory, interim and specialist assignments.

Talendyx is not a job board, staffing agency, employment agency, broker, financial advisor or investment advisor. It does not publish public vacancies, employ or assign professionals to clients, or act as a party to an agreement between an organization and an independent professional.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

No placement, introduction or engagement is guaranteed. Talendyx does not guarantee:

• That a suitable professional or assignment will be available
• That an introduction will be requested, accepted or completed
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided by either party
• The suitability of any professional, organization or proposed engagement
• Any specific commercial, professional or financial outcome

3. Independent Relationships

Any advisory, interim, consulting or other engagement arising after a Talendyx introduction is formed directly and independently between the parties. Talendyx is not a party to that engagement and does not control its terms, conduct or outcome.

While Talendyx applies a curated approach to network membership, all parties remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence, verification, and assessment prior to entering into any engagement or relationship arising from a Talendyx introduction.

8. Jurisdiction
